This website is operated by Kristine Kingston Designs and Chris Lewis Distributing. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to both of them. By accessing this website or using any of its features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any additional policies or terms referenced here. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors.

 

Please read these Terms carefully before using the site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the website or any of its services.

1. Wholesale Access and Account Approval

This website is intended for use by retail businesses only. To place orders, you must first be approved for a wholesale account. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. As part of the application process, you may be required to provide:

  • Basic store identification and contact information

  • A valid Resale Certificate

  • Proof of a brick-and-mortar retail location (such as a lease)

You agree that all information provided is accurate and current.

2. Orders & Product Availability

Approved users may place orders through the website. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors or availability issues.

Product availability may vary. Items ordered through the Site may or may not be in stock at the time an order is placed. Upon receipt of your order, Chris Lewis Distributing will review availability and contact you to confirm:

  • Which items are currently in stock and available for shipment near-term, and

  • Which items are not in stock and must be hand-painted by a third-party service

Items requiring hand-painting may result in extended production and delivery times. Estimated timelines, when available, will be communicated following order review. We reserve the right to allocate inventory, limit quantities, or cancel items based on availability.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are wholesale and subject to change without notice. Payment is not processed through the website and is handled offline. By placing an order, you agree to the following payment terms:

  • Net 30: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to modify payment terms or require prepayment at any time.

Late payments may result in delayed future order shipments, suspension of account privileges, or additional fees.

4. Shipping

We offer shipping via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders must be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If approved:

  • Items must be returned to their original condition

  • Return authorization must be obtained in advance

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs and images created by Kristine Kingston are exclusive property and original works of art protected by U.S. Copyright Law. No part of these designs may be reproduced, adapted, or used to create derivative works in any form without permission or license. Purchase of a canvas design does not transfer any intellectual property rights or licenses to the user to reproduce the work. Unauthorized use, including digital reproduction, download, screenshot, or printing is strictly prohibited. Governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

8. AI Prohibition

All designs and images created by Kristine Kingston may not be used for the purpose of training machine learning or artificial intelligence models. The use of automated systems (robots, spiders, or scrapers) to harvest images or data from this site is prohibited.

9. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized use of the site, including attempts to access restricted areas or misuse of account credentials, is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy
